In the bustling city of Sylhet, Bangladesh, stands a beacon of hope and enlightenment: Jamia Islamia Haqqania Madrasha. Established in 2005, our non-profit Hafizia School has been dedicated to nurturing young minds and hearts in the teachings of Islam.
At Jamia Islamia Haqqania Madrasha, we believe that education should be accessible to all, regardless of financial constraints. That's why we operate with a 100% zero cost to our students and community. We are committed to breaking barriers and ensuring that every child has the opportunity to receive a quality Islamic education.

Some have continued their journey abroad, teaching in other madrashas, while others have remained in Bangladesh, spreading the word of Islam and serving their communities.

Our Work
Quran
At Jamia Islamia Haqqania Madrasha, we instill in our students a profound reverence for the Quran.
Guided by experienced teachers, our students dedicate themselves to the memorization and comprehension of its holy verses.
Through this immersive process, they forge a deep connection with the Quran, striving to embody its teachings in their daily lives.
Education
In addition to Quranic studies, our curriculum encompasses a diverse range of subjects, including Mathematics, English, and newly introduced Information Technology.
We believe in providing a comprehensive education that equips our students with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in an ever-changing world.
Future Capacity
Enrollment Projections: By analysing historical enrollment data and assessing community needs, we have identified a significant demand for Hafizia education.
Although our current student capacity is limited to 60 due to budget constraints, there is potential to expand and enrol over 100 additional students with increased support.
Success Rate
Recognition:Jamia Islamia Haqqania Madrasha is officially recognised by the Bangladesh government as an educational institution.
Success Rate: Our track record speaks volumes. We boast an exceptionally high success rate in guiding our students to fully memorise the Quran, surpassing benchmarks set by other Islamic educational institutions.
Students
Backgrounds: Our student body comprises 40 boarders from orphaned and economically disadvantaged backgrounds, along with 20 students from local villages whose families struggle to afford education for their children.
Potential for Growth: While we aspire to support more students from orphan backgrounds, our current budget limits our capacity to do so. With increased funding, we can expand our student intake, offering hope and opportunity to even more deserving individuals.
